Borox – In the front line

In the front of the loader and excavator buckets you can use cutting edges. Borox cutting edges are available up to 60 mm thick, up to 500 mm wide and in most usable lengths.

In order to offer you the quickest delivery time, most of the popular lengths (3000 mm and 6100 mm) are available from our stock. If you are interested in other dimensions, please contact us and we will help you find what you need.

 When you use wear strips on your bucket you can increase the life of the bucket. The wear strips are mounted on the places where the bucket is especially exposed to wear.

 In the Borox standard assortment you will find wear strips up to 30 mm thick and up to 200 mm wide. If you need any other dimension, please contact us. We are here to serve you.

Base edges are used in the front of buckets together with bolt-on edges and are delivered to a number of OEM´s on the market. 

Borox base edges are cut to size and drilled according to your specifications. Together with Borox bolt-on edges you will be able to increase the life of your bucket and minimize the wear.

Bolt-on edges are used in a combination with base edges, which helps to increase the life of your bucket. Borox bolt-on edges are reversible, which means that you can maximize the wear life of the edge before it needs replacing.

In our standard assortment you will find a wide range of bolt-on edges. We also offer double bevelled bolt-on edges which are 6m long with 6 " hole centre’s, suitable for most major OEM´s. In need of other dimension, please feel free to contact us.

When using wear plates you can increase the wear life of your bucket.

Borox wear plates are bolted on the underside of the bucket and are easily replaced. In our standard assortment you will find many different sizes. If there is a size you cannot find, please contact us and we will help you.

Profiled Cutting Edges are used in different areas. You can use them as bolt-on edges for buckets to add protection of the base edge, where they are either bolted or welded on to the base edge. You can also use the half-arrow edge as side cutters on the bucket and also for the bucket repairs.

Grouser bars are mainly used as grid bars in the screening and crushing production. They can also be used in track shoe repair.
